摘 要:埕岛油田主力层系馆上段目前综合含水已达83.7%,采油速度1.6%左右,呈现出产量下降、含水上升、开发成本逐年增长趋势,水驱开发稳产难度逐渐增大,急需转换开发方式以提高采油速度和采收率,因此对海上化学驱进行了整体规划部署,并选取了CB22F平台作为先导试验区。简述了CB22F区块概况,对主导工艺现状进行了分析,从注入井防砂、分层注聚、油井防砂和举升工艺四个方面对化学驱关键注采技术进行了优化研究,并针对注入工艺开展了陆地现场试验,试验结果表明,分层防砂和同心分层注聚双管分注工艺能够满足低剪切注入的要求。At present,in the Upper Guantao Formation of Chengao Oilfield main strata,the water content reaches 83.7%and the oil recovery rate is about 1.6%,which shows the trend of decreasing production,increasing water cut and increasing development cost year by year.Therefore,difficulties in stable water flooding development are gradually increasing,and the transforming development mode is badly needed in order to improve the oil recovery rate and oil production speed.The whole planning and deployment of offshore chemical flooding was carried out,and the CB22F platform was selected as the pilot test area.A brief description of CB22F area was given,the current status of main technology was analyzed,the key injection-production processes of chemical flooding were optimized in four aspects:sand control of injection well,layered polymer injection,oil well sand control and oil well lifting.The field test of injection technology was carried out.The test results show that the layered sand control and layered polymer injection with concentric double-pipe can meet the requirements of low shear injection.
