摘 要:渤海湾埕海新区1-1区块采用丛式水平井进行开发,为了实现水平井优快钻井,降低钻完井液对储层的损害,针对储层段钻完井施工,研发了无固相储层钻井液HY-FLOW,并对其储层保护配套技术措施进行了优化。从该区块储层特征和存在的潜在损害因素进行分析,介绍了该钻井液的设计思路、技术配方及现场应用情况,并对其性能进行了评价。投产的8口水平井均获高产油流,应用效果表明:HY-FLOW钻井液性能稳定、井眼清洁能力强、储层保护效果好、对环境零污染,并且钻井效率高,成本低,是适用于该区块水平井施工的优良钻井液。Block 1-1 of Chenghai New Area in Bohai Bay is developed by cluster horizontal wells.In order to realize the optimal and fast drilling of horizontal wells and reduce the damage of drilling and completion fluid to the reservoir,the solid-free drilling fluid HY-FLOW is developed,and the corresponding reservoir protection measures are optimized.Based on the analysis of reservoir characteristics and potential damage factors,this paper introduces the design idea,technical formula and field application of the drilling fluid,and evaluates its performance.All eight horizontal wells put into production have high oil flow.The application results show that the drilling fluid HY-FLOW has stable performance,strong hole cleaning ability,good reservoir protection effect,zero pollution to the environment,high drilling efficiency and low cost.It is an excellent drilling fluid suitable for horizontal well construction in this block.
