摘 要:埕岛油田近年来应用的负压返排解堵工艺,因其可以在作业过程中将堵塞物排出的特点,降低了解堵过程中二次污染的风险,适应性强,已发展成为胜利海上主导解堵增产工艺措施。主要介绍了返排泵负压返排与氮气泡沫负压返排两种负压返排解堵工艺的技术原理,对比分析了两种返排解堵工艺在埕岛油田疏松砂岩油藏中不同井况下的应用效果,给出了两种返排工艺各自的适用范围。The technique of negative pressure flowback and plugging removal applied in Chengdao Oilfield in recent years has developed into leading technical measures for removing plugging and increasing production,with features of discharging blockage during operation and reducing the risk of secondary pollution.This paper mainly introduces the technical principle of two techniques,i.e.the negative pressure flowback and plugging removal using flowback pump and the use of nitrogen foam,compares and analyzes the application effects of the two techniques in different well conditions in the loose sandstone reservoir of Chengdao Oilfield,proposes their application scope respectively.
