北海油田废弃井处置标准对我国的借鉴意义

摘　　要：大西洋北海地区海洋石油开发历史久,周边国家石油工业标准要求高。介绍了英国、挪威以及ISO的部分标准内容,将“盖层修复”理念、井筒完整性理论应用于废弃井的井筒屏障设置,规定了井筒屏障的设置原则、影响因素及封隔目的等。国内标准关于废弃井处置的理论认识有所欠缺,现场应用中指导性不足,弃井作业缺乏井筒完整性评价。国内石油工业应该采用井筒完整性理论审视弃井作业,对行业标准进行调整和优化,采用统一的安全评价方法对差异化的弃井处置方案进行评估。There is a long history of offshore oil development in the North Sea region of the Atlantic Ocean,and the petroleum industry standards in the surrounding countries are high.In this paper,some standards of UK,Norway and ISO are introduced,in which the concept of"restoring the cap rock"and wellbore integrity theory are applied to set wellbore barrier for abandoned wells.The setting principle,influencing factors and packing purpose of wellbore barriers are specified in these standards.There is lack of theoretical understanding and application guidance of abandoned well disposal in domestic standards.There is also lack of wellbore integrity evaluation in abandoned well operations.The domestic oil industry should apply the wellbore integrity theory to examine the abandoned well operation,adjust and optimize the industry standards,use the unified safety evaluation method to evaluate the different abandon plans.
