摘 要:2019年9月在无锡市一大型居民区内选择3个生境不同的点位,分别用人诱停落法、双层叠帐法、BG-trap诱捕法3种方法,根据3×3拉丁方实验设计调查伊蚊成蚊密度。结果显示,不同监测时间点和不同生境捕获白纹伊蚊雌蚊总数差异不显著;人诱停落法与双层叠帐法之间亦无显著差异,但两者均显著高于BG-trap,且三者间无显著相关性。因此,人诱停落法和双层叠帐法较BG-trap诱捕法更加灵敏,更适合伊蚊媒疾病流行期间的快速监测。The female Ae.albopictus density was monitored in a large residential area of Wuxi city in Sep.2019 with human trapping,double fold curtain and BG-trap methods based on 3×3 Latin square design.No significant difference was observed in the total number of Aedes mosquitoes trapped at different time points(P=0.718)and habitats(P=0.921).There was also no significant difference observed between human landing counts and the double curtains net method(P=1.000),which both appeared more effective and sensitive than BG-trap method.Therefore,human landing counts and the double curtains net method were more suitable for rapid monitoring during the epidemic period.
