打破传统模式,促进转型升级——关于江苏省业余体校发展研究

摘　　要：江苏省教育厅、省体育局联合组织教研组于2018年10月下旬赴苏中、苏南、苏北五个代表性的市级业余运动学校,对业余训练工作情况进行调研。调研组采取省市结合、座谈交流与查看现场结合的方法,深入5所运动学校调研,全面了解情况,广泛听取意见。我省业余运动学校可持续发展需要关注和研究的问题是:江苏省体校学生升学率下降问题;社会需求和现实环境的问题;传统思维和教学模式比较落后;现实力量和学校规模相对弱小;办学条件和办学方式相对滞后等问题。基于对5所典型学校的案例分析、比较,进行精准靶向,科学谋划,合理布局,统筹推进,分步实施,对我省业余运动学校要实施转型发展、合作发展的道路,对办学功能定位、培养模式、经费结构和高标准的训练格局等方面进行转型发展。最终实现与实际情况相适应的新时期江苏省业余训练的新路径,转型升级,打造新时代3.0版。The education department of jiangsu province and the provincial sports bureau jointly organized the teaching and research group to go to five representative city-level amateur sports schools in central jiangsu,southern jiangsu and northern jiangsu in late October 2018 to investigate the situation of amateur training.The research group adopts the method of combining provinces and cities,discussion and exchange and view the scene,and conducts research in five sports schools to comprehensively understand the situation and extensively listen to opinions.The sustainable development of amateur sports schools in jiangsu province needs to be concerned about and studied.Problems of social needs and the real environment;Traditional thinking and teaching mode are backward;The actual strength and the school scale are relatively weak;The condition and mode of running a school are relatively lagging behind.Based on case analysis and comparison of the five typical schools,to carry on the accurate target,scientific planning,rational layout,overall consideration,implementation step by step,to the transformation of amateur sports school in our province to implement development,cooperation,development path,the function orientation,training mode,the structure of funds and high standards of training pattern transformation is made in aspects of development.Finally,the new path of amateur training in jiangsu province in the new era,which is adapted to the actual situation,will be realized,and the new era 3.0 version will be created.
