摘 要:目的基于TRIZ理论和可拓学的优度评价方法,对儿童雾化吸入器进行创新设计。方法为设计出符合儿童需求的雾化吸入器,以TRIZ为理论基础提出一种基于TRIZ理论的儿童雾化吸入器创新设计流程。在设计过程中,首先,分析原型产品的基本功能、样式及主要结构;然后,利用物—场分析法与七十六种标准解,设计一款改善使用者舒适性的儿童雾化吸入器;最后,应用可拓学的优度评价法对设计方案的优劣程度进行综合评价,评定出最优方案。结论以儿童雾化吸入器的创新设计为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,为相关的创新设计流程提供了参考。通过找到实际问题的解决方案后,对创新设计方案给予Rhino三维建模设计、产品细节描述、制作模型及雾化实验,同时验证了儿童雾化吸入器创新设计的可行性。The work aims to conduct innovative design for the existing children’s atomizer inhaler products based on the theory of TRIZ and the excellent evaluation method of extenics.To design atomizer inhaler meeting children’s needs,an innovative design process of children’s atomizer inhaler was proposed based on the TRIZ theory.In the design process,the basic functions,styles and main structures of the prototype products were analyzed first.Then,a children’s atomizer inhaler to improve user comfort was proposed by the substance-field analysis method and 76 standard solutions.Finally,the excellent evaluation method of extenics was used to comprehensively evaluate advantages and disadvantages of the design scheme.With the innovative design of the children’s atomizer inhaler as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified.It provides reference for related innovative design process.After finding out the solution of practical problem,through the Rhino 3D modeling design,detailed product description,physical model making and atomization test on the innovative design scheme,the feasibility of the innovative design on the children’s atomizer inhaler was verified.
