摘　　要：目的探索临床药师在临床会诊中协助临床做出药物治疗决策发挥的作用。方法本文通过4例临床药师参与临床会诊实践,对抗感染治疗方案选择和癌痛药物治疗的个体化给药方案进行分析。结果临床药师通过会诊优化给药方案,提高临床药物合理使用水平,切实做到服务于患者。结论临床药师参与到临床治疗团队并发挥重要作用,是药学服务的重要形式,不仅能促进多学科诊疗水平的发展,而且能提高药学服务质量。Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in assisting clinicians to make drug treatment decisions in clinical consultation.Methods Through four consultation cases participated by clinical pharmacists,the choice of anti-infective treatment plan and individualized administration plan of cancer pain drugs were analyzed.Results Clinical pharmacists optimized the administration plan through consultation,improved the level of rational use of clinical drugs,and effectively served patients.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participate in clinical treatment process and play an important role,which is an important form of pharmaceutical care.It not only promotes the development of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment,but also improves the quality of pharmaceutical care.
