摘　　要：目的探讨局麻经皮膀胱造瘘输尿管镜碎石术治疗高危膀胱结石患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析于我院行局麻经皮膀胱造瘘输尿管镜碎石术治疗的21例高危膀胱结石患者的临床资料。观察患者的手术时间、结石清除率及并发症发生情况。结果21例患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间20~70 min,平均(36.71±13.77)min,结石清除率为100.00%,患者均无严重并发症发生。结论局麻下经皮膀胱造瘘输尿管镜碎石术治疗高危膀胱结石患者的效果确切,且具有微创、操作简单、患者耐受性好的优势。Objective To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous cystostomy and ureteroscopic lithotripsy under local anesthesia in the treatment of bladder stones in high risk patients.Methods The clinical data of 21 high risk patients with bladder stones treated by percutaneous cystostomy and ureteroscopic lithotripsy under local anesthesia in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The operation time,stone clearance rate and complications were observed.Results All the 21 patients completed the operation successfully,the operation time was 20~70 min,with an average of(36.71±13.77)min.The stone clearance rate was 100.00%,and no serious complications occurred in all the patients.Conclusion Percutaneous cystostomy and ureteroscopic lithotripsy under local anesthesia has definite curative effect in the treatment of bladder stones in high risk patients,with the advantages of minimally invasive,simple operation and good patient tolerance.
