摘　　要：目的探讨微创锁定钢板内固定手术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年5月至2018年8月收治的102例胫骨远端骨折患者的临床资料,根据手术方式将患者分为对照组(n=51)与观察组(n=51)。对照组行常规切开复位钢板内固定术,观察组行微创经皮锁定钢板内固定术。比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组末次随访时的踝关节功能优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折效果显著,具有推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal tibial fracture.Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with distal tibia fracture admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to August 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=51)according to the surgical method.The control group underwent conventional open reduction plate internal fixation,while the observation group underwent minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and fracture healing time of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the last follow-up,the excellent and good rate of ankle joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal tibial fracture has a significant effect,which is worthy of promotion.
