摘 要:目的探讨辨证施护结合反馈式健康教育对原发性痛经(PD)患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法将94例PD患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组47例。对照组予以常规健康教育,观察组予以辨证施护联合反馈式健康教育,比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的疼痛严重程度评分、疼痛持续时间评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的GSES评分、自我管理行为评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论辨证施护结合反馈式健康教育可减轻PD患者疼痛程度,提高自我管理效能和生活质量,改善自我管理行为及护理依从性。Objective To explore the effect of dialectical nursing combined with feedback health education on pain degree and quality of life of patients with primary dysmenorrhea(PD).Methods According to the random number table method,94 PD patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional health education,and the observation group was given dialectical nursing combined with feedback health education,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the pain severity score and pain duration score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the GSES score,self-management behavior score and WHOQOL-BREF score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dialectical nursing combined with feedback health education can reduce the pain degree of PD patients,enhance self-management efficiency and quality of life,and improve self-management behavior and nursing compliance.
