摘 要:为了开发UV固化水性漆地板,在分析当前水性漆地板存在问题的基础上,有针对性地提出解决措施,包括水性漆筛选、地板用树种筛选、涂装工艺优化等。以优化工艺制备的水性漆地板试样,按LY/T 1859—2009《仿古木质地板》和Q/YFL 0035—2018《水性光固化(UV)漆木地板》进行性能测试,其表面耐磨≤0.15 g/100r,漆膜硬度≥H;漆膜附着力1级~2级;TVOC≤200 ug/m^3。To develop water-borne UV curable coatings for wooden floorings,the authors analyzed the existing problems and causes associated with the water-borne flooring coatings.The types of water-borne UV coatings,wood species,optimization of drying and curing process were investigated to develop optimized water-borne UV curable coatings and manufacturing process.The physical properties of floorings produced at the optimum manufacturing process were tested according to the Standards of LY/T 1859—2009“Antique style flooring”and Q/YFL 0035—2018“Wooden floorings coated with water-borne UV varnishes”.The results showed that the wear resistance of the floor surface was less than 0.15 g/100 r,the coating hardness was better than 1 H,the coating adhesion was Grade 1~2,and TVOC was less than 200 ug/m^3,which met the requirements of the standards.
