摘　　要：本文通过梳理2020年国内外档案年会的主题,分析各国年会主题的内容特点;并概括出当前国内外档案工作的最新特点和趋势—顺应态度步入数字时代,战略高度展望职业未来,多样视角认识档案专业。This article lists the themes of 2020 archival annual conferences,and analyzes characteristics of their content.Then it generalizes the latest features and trends of archival work at home and abroad.The first one is embracing the digital age with compliant attitude.The second one is looking forward to the future of archival profession strategically.The third one is understanding archival profession from multi perspectives.
