摘　　要：苏州市工商档案管理中心档案工作实践探索取得的成就引发业界高度关注。立足档案工作使命与责任,以及以改革开放心态审视和选择档案工作发展对策所形成的"苏州经验"为全国档案工作发展带来深刻启示:工作指导思想的科学性为档案工作创新发展提供方向保障,自主发展是推动档案工作发展的关键,骨干人才队伍建设则为推动档案工作发展提供人才保障。The achievement of archival work exploration of Suzhou Industrial and Commercial Archives Management Center has aroused great concern in the industry.The"Suzhou Experience",which is based on the mission and responsibility of archival work and formed by reviewing and selecting archival development countermeasures with the reform and opening-up mentality,has brought profound inspiration to the development of archival work across the country.That is,the scientific guiding ideology provides direction guarantee for the innovative development of archival work,independent development is the key to promote the development of archival work,and the construction of backbone talents provides talent protection for promoting the development of archival work.
