肛周脓肿的相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肛周脓肿的致病相关危险因素。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月在青岛市市立医院进行手术治疗的116例肛周脓肿患者及混合痔、藏毛窦囊肿、肛裂、肛门狭窄等非肛周脓肿患者共计118例(以下称非肛周脓肿组),对比临床资料的差异情况,将有差异的指标带入Logistic回归方程,分析肛周脓肿形成的危险因素。结果单因素分析显示,肛周脓肿组与非肛周脓肿组在性别、年龄、应急、面部痤疮、饮酒、吸烟、劳累、进食辣椒、腹泻、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)的比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。多因素回归分析显示应急、劳累、进食辣椒、肥胖是造成肛周脓肿发生的危险因素。结论应急、劳累、进食辣椒及肥胖是肛周脓肿形成的危险因素。Objective To investigate the risk factors for perianal abscess.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,116 cases of perianal abscess and 118 cases of mixed hemorrhoids,pilonidal cyst,anal fissure and Anal stenosis were operated on in our hospital.The difference of clinical data was compared between the two groups,and the different factors were brought into Logistic regression equation to analyze the risk factors for perianal abscess.Results The single factor comparison showed that gender,age,excessive fire emotion,acne,alcohol consumption,smoking,fatigue,consumption of peppers,diarrhea,and body mass index(BMI)had a difference between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The above factors were brought into Logistic regression equation.Multivariate regression analysis showed that excessive fire emotion,fatigue,consumption of peppers and obesity were risk factors for the formation of perianal abscess.Conclusion Excessive fire emotion,fatigue,consumption of peppers and obesity may be risk factors for perianal abscess.
