芒硝外敷联合频谱照射在肝切除术后肠功能恢复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究肝切除术后应用芒硝药包外敷联合频谱照射对肠功能的作用。方法选取2019年1月至12月在粤北人民医院实施肝切除术的150例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为A、B及C组,每组各50例。A组患者术后给予常规治疗;B组患者术后给予常规治疗+芒硝外敷腹部治疗;C组患者给予常规治疗+芒硝外敷治疗+频谱照射治疗;比较三组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排便排气时间、腹痛缓解时间及治疗效果。结果在肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次肛门排便时间及腹痛腹胀缓解时间指标方面,B组和C组均显著少于A组(P<0.05),C组显著少于B组(P<0.05);在并发症发生率及肠功能恢复结果方面,C组患者术后腹痛、腹胀及便秘患者比例均显著低于A组(P<0.05),B组和C组患者术后肠功能正常患者比例均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论肝脏切除术患者术后给予芒硝外敷联合频谱照射可有效改善患者肠功能恢复指标,具有重要临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of applying Glauber’s salt medicine package and spectrum irradiation on intestinal function after liver resection.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent liver resection in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into groups A,B,and C,with 50 cases each,using the random number table method.Patients in group A were given conventional treatment after surgery,patients in group B were given conventional treatment after surgery with external application of thenardite,and patients in group C were treated with routine treatment+external application of thenardite+spectrum irradiation.Comparison of postoperative bowel sound recovery time,anal defecation exhaust time,abdominal pain and bloating relief time,and treatment effect were compared among the three groups of patients.Results In terms of recovery time of bowel sounds,time of first anal exhaustion,time of first anal defecation,and time of relief of abdominal pain and bloating,both group B and group C were significantly less than group A(P<0.05),and group C was significantly less than group B(P<0.05);in terms of the incidence of complications and the recovery of intestinal function,the proportion of patients with abdominal pain,bloating and constipation after operation in group C were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with normal bowel function was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Glauber’s salt external application combined with spectrum irradiation can significantly improve the intestinal function recovery index of patients with hepatectomy,which has important clinical promotion value.
