摘  要:建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定汽车内饰塑料件中As,Ba,Cd,Cr,Hg,Pb,Sb,Se 8种元素含量的分析方法。以HNO3-H2O2-HF(体积比为4∶1∶0.5)混合酸溶液为消解液,按设定的微波消解条件对样品进行消解,在优化的仪器工作条件下进行测定。8种元素在各自的质量浓度范围内与特征光强值具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为1.1~15.4μg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.88%~4.75%(n=6),样品加标回收率为93.5%~102.1%。该方法简便、快速、测定结果准确,适用于汽车内饰塑料件中As,Ba,Cd,Cr,Hg,Pb,Sb,Se元素的同时测定。A method for the simultaneous determination of 8 heavy metal elements of As,Ba,Cd,Cr,Hg,Pb,Sb and Se in automotive interior plastic parts by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established.The sample was digested under the set microwave digestion conditions with HNO3-H2O2-HF(volume ratio was 4∶1∶0.5)mixed acid solution,and the determination was carried out under the optimized working conditions of the instrument.The mass concentration of the eight elements had a good linear relationship with the characteristic light intensity in their respective range,the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999,and the detection limits were 1.1-15.4μg/L.The relative standard deviations of the determination results were 0.88%-4.75%(n=6),and the recoveries were 93.5%-102.1%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which is suitable for the simultaneous determination of As,Ba,Cd,Cr,Hg,Pb,Sb and Se in plastic parts of automobile interior.
