摘 要:建立丁二酮肟分光光度法测定不锈钢中镍的方法。样品经盐酸–硝酸–水(体积比为1∶1∶1)溶液溶解,高氯酸冒烟。在氨性条件下,以碘–碘化钾为氧化剂,使Ni4+与丁二酮肟生成可溶性的酒红色络合物,于530 nm波长处测量吸光度。结果表明,镍的质量分数在0%~14%范围内与吸光度具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9992,检出限为0.01%。用所建方法对3个不锈钢标准样品进行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.14%~0.26%(n=10),相对偏差为–0.62%~–0.39%。该方法分析速度快,成本低,操作简单,测量结果准确可靠,满足日常分析要求。A method for the determination of nickel in stainless steel by dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometry was established.The sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid–nitric acid–water solution(volume ratio 1∶1∶1),and perchloric acid smoked.Under the condition of ammonia,using iodine potassium iodide as oxidant,Ni4+and dimethylglyoxime form a soluble wine red complex.The absorbance was measured at 530 nm.The results showed that the nickel content had a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 0%–14%,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9992,and the detection limit was 0.01%.The method was applied to the determination of three stainless steel standard samples,the relative standard deviation of the determination results was 0.14%–0.26%(n=10),and the relative deviation was from–0.62%to–0.39%.This method has the advantages of fast analysis speed,low cost,simple operation,accurate and reliable measurement results,which can meet the requirements of daily analysis.
