摘 要:介绍生物样品中芬太尼类物质检测技术研究进展。通过查阅近年芬太尼类物质检测的相关文献,从检测方法和生物检材两方面对生物样品中芬太尼类物质的检测技术进行综述。检测方法包括液相色谱–质谱联用法、气相色谱–质谱联用法、免疫分析法等,其中液相色谱–质谱联用法是最主要的检测方法。常用的生物检材有血液,尿液和头发等。采用多种仪器和各种联用技术综合分析,实现现场快速检测和原位实时分析是生物样品中芬太尼类物质分析的发展趋势。The research progress of fentanyl detection technology in biological samples was introduced.Based on the relevant literature review of fentanyl detection in recent years,the detection technology of fentanyl in biological samples was reviewed from the aspects of detection methods and biological samples.The detection methods include liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry,gas chromatography–mass spectrometry,immunoassay,etc.,and liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry is the most important method.The commonly used biological test materials for the analysis include blood,urine and hair.Using variety of instruments and combined techniques for comprehensive analysis to achieve rapid on-site detection and in-situ real-time analysis is the trend of the analysis of fentanyl substances in the future.
