摘　　要：【目的/意义】通过对h指数的改进,提出历史h指数的概念,解决h指数没有考虑学术生涯时长和合著等问题,更加合理地评价作者的学术影响力。【方法/过程】本文以图书情报领域的作者为例,基于中国知网数据,运用对比分析的方法,对比作者的h指数和历史h指数,验证历史h指数的合理性和有效性。【结果/结论】历史h指数避免了h指数区分度低、只升不降的问题,同时还可以筛选出有潜力的作者,并且能够在不同学术生涯时长的作者之间进行公正比较。历史h指数需要配合其他评价指标,才能科学的评价某位作者的学术影响力。自引问题、不同的引文数据库、不同领域都会对历史h指数有影响,需要后面进一步研究。【Purpose/significance】In order to evaluate the author’s academic influence more reasonably and to solve the problem that h index does not consider academic career lengths and co-authorship,the h-index is improved and the concept of historical h-index is put forward.【Method/process】Taking authors in the field of library and information as an example,based on the data of CNKI,comparing the author’s h index and historical h index,this paper verifies the rationality and validity of historical h-index with the method of comparative analysis.【Result/conclusion】Historic h-index avoids the problem of low distinction between h-index and only rising but not falling.It can also screen potential authors and make fair comparisons among authors with different academic career lengths.In order to scientifically evaluate the academic influence of an author,the historical h index needs to cooperate with other evaluation indicators.The problem of self-citation,different citation databases and different domains will affect the historical h-index,which needs further study.
