摘　　要：【目的/意义】随着互联网和新一代信息技术的迅猛发展,图书馆智慧化趋势明显,迫切需要设计并构建与智慧图书馆发展相适应的全景式动态知识服务体系。【方法/过程】通过分析国内外智慧图书馆知识服务体系的有关研究,提出了智慧图书馆环境下的全景式动态知识服务体系,并设计了基于大数据和人工智能的知识发现与云服务平台。【结果/结论】构建了智慧图书馆动态知识服务体系全景式的运作流程以及云服务平台架构。【Purpose/significance】With the rapid development of the Internet and new generation of information technologies,the trend of smart library is obvious,and there is an urgent need to design and construct a dynamic panoramic knowledge service system compatible with the future development of smart libraries.【Method/process】First,the study analyzes the relevant research on the knowledge service system of smart libraries at home and abroad,and then builds a panoramic knowledge service system in the smart library environment,and designs a knowledge discovery and cloud service platform based on big data and artificial intelligence.Finally,on this basis,a dynamic and active knowledge service model in the smart library environment is proposed.【Result/conclusion】The operational process of the dynamic panoramic knowledge service system of smart library and clould service platform stracture are constructed.
