摘  要:为了验证琼脂糖凝胶电泳法检测小麦中长穗偃麦草基因的可行性,选取了小麦品种新春37与长穗偃麦草的杂交后代XC10、XC31、XC35,利用DNA提取、构建PCR体系、PCR扩增以及琼脂糖凝胶电泳等方法来检测其相关基因。并验证该方法对小麦相关基因检测的准确度和重现性。结果显示,该方法操作简单、准确度高,可用于小麦基因的检测分析。In order to verify the feasibility of agarose gel electrophoresis for the detection of wheat gene in thinopy⁃rum ponticum.In this experiment,wheat variety Xinchun 37 and hybrid progenies XC10,XC31,and XC35 of Thino⁃pyrum ponticum were selected.By sowing the offspring of these combinations.DNA was to extract and construct PCR system,PCR amplification and agarose gel electrophoresis to detect related genes in wheat.The accuracy and repro⁃ducibility of this method for detection of related genes in wheat were evaluated.It is found that the method is simple,accurate and can be widely used in the experimental analysis of wheat genes.
