摘 要:为了为高光谱遥感监测新疆南疆棉田生长发育状况提供理论依据,选取南疆棉花种植区的5个不同产量地块的棉花蕾期叶片,利用ASD野外光谱仪,测得棉花蕾期光谱数据及与之相对应的叶绿素密度,并对光谱数据进行光谱变换处理,分析不同产量水平棉花蕾期叶片的光谱特征及叶绿素变化特征。结果表明:棉花蕾期叶片光谱反射率随棉花产量的增加而呈现明显的增长或降低趋势,不同光谱变换可以增强可见光波段的光谱特征,不同处理下棉花蕾期叶片的叶绿素密度存在差异。In order to provide theoretical basis for monitoring the growth and development of cotton field in south Xin⁃jiang by hyperspectral remote sensing,the dynamic change law and spectral characteristics of chlorophyll density in cotton leaves at bud stage were studied.The spectral data of cotton bud stage and its corresponding chlorophyll densi⁃ty were measured by ASD Field Spectrometer in 5 different yield plots of cotton planting area in southern Xinjiang,the spectral characteristics and chlorophyll variation of cotton leaves at bud stage with different yield were analyzed by spectral transformation.The results showed that the leaf spectral reflectance increased or decreased with the in⁃crease of cotton yield,and different spectral transformations could enhance the spectral characteristics of visible light bands,the chlorophyll density of cotton leaves in bud stage was different under different treatments.
