摘　　要：通过对82B盘条拉伸断口进行化学成分、显微组织、及夹杂物分析,并借助扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪分析断口形貌及夹杂物种类,探明本次生产的几批SWRH82B盘条收缩率不合格的主要原因是盘条中心存在较严重中心偏析,以及有大级别的非金属夹杂物。Through the chemical composition of 82B wire rod tensile fracture,microstructure,and inclusion analysis,with the help of SEM,X-ray spectrometer,the fracture morphology and inclusion types were analyzed.It is proved that the main reasons for the unqualified shrinkage rate of several batches of SWRH82B wire rods are the serious central segregation in the wire rod center and the large-scale non-metallic inclusions.
