摘 要:针对某炼钢厂连铸工序钢包回转台回转支承轴承的失效案例,研究了该轴承的结构原理、轴承在不同工况下的承载。结合现场拆解、硬度核对,从轴承润滑、轴承材质、轴承载荷等方面分析失效原因,分析结果表明,导致回转轴承失效的主要原因是轴承受到异常冲击载荷、偏载导致失效。Aiming at the failure case of the ladle slewing bearing in the continuous casting process of a steelmaking plant,the structural principle of the bearing and the bearing capacity under different working conditions are studied.Combined with on-site dismantling and hardness checking,the failure causes are analyzed from bearing lubrication,bearing material,bearing load,etc.The results shows that the main reason for the failure of the slewing bearing was that the bearing was subjected to abnormal impact load and eccentric load.
