摘　　要：根据高炉降料面的过程,在线实时监测风量、料线深度、热量变化、炉顶温度等参数的变化。九号高炉本次大修空料线成功的把料线空到风口中心线以下,全程顶温控制在310~370℃之间,实现了安全、高效、无爆震停炉目标,就得以于北科亿力喷枪专利技术和自动学习功能。本文除了介绍应用效果,还把值得推广的控制部分做了介绍,以供其他单位借鉴。According to the process of the blast furnace burden reduction,on-line real-time monitoring of air flow,material line depth,heat change,furnace top temperature and other parameters is conducted.The empty material line of No.9 blast furnace successfully emptied the material line below the center line of tuyere,and the top temperature was controlled between 310~370℃in the whole process.The goal of safe,efficient and non knock shutdown was achieved by Beike Yili injection lance patented technology and its automatic learning function.This paper not only introduces the application effect,but also introduces the control part which is worthy of promotion,so as to provide reference for other units.
