摘  要:在保证安全的前提下通过调节冷却水量、加强过筛,较少入炉粉末,改善料柱透气性,打通中心、优化操作排除有害元素、定期更换变形上翘严重的中套、组织冷却系统的查漏工作等措施,有效地解决了高炉长期休风后大量烧损风口的困局,加速了长期休风后的炉况恢复。On the premise of safety,by adjusting the cooling water quantity,strengthening the screening,reducing the powder into the furnace,improving the gas permeability of the material column,opening the center,optimizing the operation to eliminate harmful elements,replacing the seriously deformed and warped middle sleeve regularly,organizing the leakage detection of the cooling system,the dilemma of a large number of tuyeres burnt out after a long-term blowing down of blast furnace has been effectively solved and the long-term blowing out has been accelerated,and the furnace condition was recovered.
