摘　　要：介绍了选煤厂浓缩机系统生产流程,重点阐述了高效浓缩机代替周边耙式浓缩机的显著性和必要性,探讨技术改造提高浓缩效率、加大底流固体沉淀物回收率,明确了浓缩机在煤泥水处理系统的重要性,离心脱水、过滤、浓缩、压滤工序都影响着洗水闭路循环。The production process of thickener system in coal preparation plant was introduced.The significance and necessity of high-efficiency thickener replacing peripheral rake thickener was emphatically expounded.The technical transformation was discussed to improve the concentration efficiency and increase the recovery rate of underflow solid sediment.The importance of thickener in slime water treatment system was clarified.Centrifugal dehydration,filtration,concentration and pressure filtration processes all affect the closed-circuit circulation of washing water ring.
