摘 要:目的探讨核心稳定性训练(CST)对脑梗死偏瘫(CIH)患者脑神经递质、神经功能、踝背屈功能的影响。方法选择我院2016年1月至2019年12月CIH患者128例,依照随机数字表法分为CST组和对照组各64例。对照组行常规康复,CST组行常规康复+CTS。疗程共8周。观察两组康复前后下肢运动功能、步行功能、平衡功能等下肢运动功能指标,5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)等脑神经递质水平以及神经功能、踝背屈功能等指标。结果康复后,CST组FAM-L、FAC、BBS等量表得分均大于对照组,5-HT、DA水平均高于对照组,NE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。CST组生存质量测定量表评分、患侧踝背屈主动活动范围均大于对照组,患侧协同收缩率小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CST可改善CIH患者脑神经递质水平,提高其下肢运动功能、神经功能及踝背屈功能,有助于CST患者康复。Objective To investigate the effect of core stability training(CST)on brain neurotransmitters,nerve function,and ankle-dorsiflexion function in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia(CIH).Methods One hundred and twenty-eight CIH patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected and divided into CST or control group according to the random number table,64 in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation and the CST group was given routine rehabilitation+CST.There therapy course was 8 weeks.Lower limb motor function indicators such as lower limb motor function,walking function,balance function,levels of brain neurotransmitters such as 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE)and dopamine(DA),nerve function,and ankle-dorsiflexion function were observed before and after rehabilitation in both groups.Results After rehabilitation,the average scores of FAM-L,FAC and BBS scales in the CST group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of 5-HT and DA were higher while levels of NE was lower in the CST group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of QOL and AROM were higher and the CCR were lower in the CST group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CST can improve the level of brain neurotransmitters in CIH patients,improve their lower limb motor function,nerve function and ankle-dorsiflexion function that contribute to the recovery of CST patients.
