济南市葫芦峪村精细化村庄设计实践研究

摘　　要：现阶段国土空间规划体系内村庄规划已开始转型,体系内容由传统的建设空间单要素管控向村域全要素管控转变,这对新时期村庄设计的体系内容提出了新要求。济南市葫芦峪村村庄设计以村域全要素管控和设计为突破,从村庄自然风貌要素、村庄空间肌理和人群需求入手,探索了村庄总体设计、建筑风貌和景观设计三方面内容的设计路径和方法。Nowadays,the village design in the territorial space planning system has begun to transform.The content of the system has changed from the traditional single-element control of construction space to the total element control of village area,which puts forward new requirements for the system content of village design in the new era.The village design of Huluyu Village in Jinan takes the village area total factor control and design as a breakthrough,starts from the village natural feature elements,village spatial texture and crowd demands,and explores the design path and method of the village overall design,architectural feature and site design.
