基于“社会价值”的文化遗产景观管理与实践--以澳大利亚亚瑟港历史遗址地为例

摘　　要：随着遗产研究视野的不断扩展,“社会价值”已成为文化遗产整体性保护与可持续发展的重要组成部分。文章首先从遗产保护的视角探究了社会价值的概念以及其对于遗产景观可持续管理的意义,其次从多元遗产团队的建立、合作式管理模式的实施、遗产价值的传承和社会记忆的延续4个方面着重分析了亚瑟港历史遗址地的管理实践,最后结合以上研究提出了基于“社会价值”的遗产景观管理建议:构建社会包容性的多元共治管理模式,提升公众遗产价值认知以促进文化认同,重塑遗产景观的集体记忆与地方依恋。With the development of heritage research,"social value"has become an important part of the overall protection and sustainable development of cultural heritage.From the perspective of heritage protection,this paper first explores the concept of social value and its significance for the sustainable management of the heritage landscape,then analyzes the practice of Port Arthur Historic Site management from four aspects:the establishment of a multi-heritage team,the implementation of a cooperative management model,the inheritance of heritage values and the continuation of social memory.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions of heritage landscape management,which based on the"social value":build a social-inclusive multi-governance management model;enhance public awareness of heritage value to promote cultural identity;reshape collective memory and local attachment of heritage landscape。
