摘　　要：十九大报告提出了中国特色社会主义进入新时代的重要论断,这标志着中国社会发展进入了新的历史方位。在新的历史起点上,面对经济全球化、教育国际化、“互联网+”迅速发展的时代挑战,中外合作办学的发展走向成为业界讨论的热门话题。只有用党建引领发展、提升中外合作办学质量、推进创新发展,中外合作办学才能在新时代高等教育发展进程中更具有竞争力。The 19th National Congress of CPC emphasizes that China has entered the New Era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the New Era,facing the challenge of economic globalization,education internationalization,and the rapid development of"internet plus",how to develop Chinese-foreign Cooperation in running schools has become a hot topic.Only by using Party building to lead development,improving the quality of Chinese-foreign cooperative education,and promoting innovative development,can we make Chinese-foreign cooperative education more competitive in the development of higher education of the New Era.
