摘　　要：介绍了具有中国自主知识产权的FJCA型喷射式浮选机的放大原则,该设备属于非机械搅拌式浮选机范畴,笔者创新地提出了单位容积循环量相同的准数。FJCA36型喷射式浮选机是按上述放大原则而研发的。清水试验表明,充气均匀系数高达91.72%,充气容积利用系数为100.00%,潘集选煤厂以FJCA36-4型浮选机为核心的浮选生产系统,在入选煤泥细泥含量较多、灰分较高的生产条件下,能分选出灰分小于10%的精煤和灰分高于60%的尾煤。分选完善指标为56.57%,浮选精煤数量指数为123.03%。It introduces the Scale up principle of FJCAtyped jet flotation machine with Chinese Independent Intellectual Property Rights. This device belongs to nonmechanical mixing type flotation machine and the author creatively puts forward the same criterion for the circulation volume per unit volume. FJCA360-typed jet flotation machine is studied in accordance with above scale up principle. Water testing shows that inflatable uniformity coefficient is 91. 72%while inflation volume utilization factor is 100. 00%. Pan j I coal preparation plant is the floating production systems with FJCA36-4-typed jet flotation machine as the core. Under the production conditions where the selected coal slime contains more fine sludge and higher ash content. The cleaned coal with ash content less than 10% and tail coal with ash content more than 60% can be separated. Sorting perfect index is 56. 57%while the Flotation Clean Coal Quantity Index is 123. 03%.
