摘 要:依据流体力学和传热学基本原理,立足于铜管铝肋片套片式空气冷却器热交换形式,计算分析不同进出水温差导致的铜质基管内水流速、流体雷诺数、对数平均温差变化规律,及其对热交换量、热交换系数的影响,解析通用空气冷却器行程可适配的水温差选择范围,对集中式冷源空调系统末端设备空气冷却器运行机理进行适用性分析,建议以水温差8℃为界,强化非标产品关键参数逐项审核,确保空调系统有效调适运行。The thesis according heat transfer and fluid dynamics theory,based on heat conduction with copper tube and aluminum fin,calculate and analyze the tendency for velocity,Re data,logarithmic mean temperature difference under water inlet/outlet temperature difference.We verify the influence for heating transfer capacity and heat exchange coefficient of heat-exchange system under forced convection.We find suitable temperature difference scope for better flow path running,researched the operation mechanism of heat-exchanger suitable for terminal equipment,recommended by water temperature difference as 8℃,strengthen the key parameters of special units item by item audit,to ensure the system effective adjustment and running.
