数显倾角仪校准方法

摘　　要：针对数显倾角仪无相应国家规程和行业标准的情况,借鉴电子水平仪的校准参数,利用正弦规和量块实现对数显倾角仪的校准。通过大量重复试验及测量不确定度评定,最终确定该校准方法满足量传要求,且数据稳定可靠,可以实现数显倾角仪的量传。In view of the absence of corresponding national regulations and industry standards for dipincter,calibration of dipincter by sine bars and gauge blocks.Using the calibration parameters of electronic level for reference.Through a large number of repeated experiments and evaluation of measurement uncertainty,it is finally determined that the calibration method meets the requirements of data transmission,and the data is stable and reliable,which can realize the measurement of dipincter.
