摘　　要：在社会化大生产的今天,各种机械设备极大地提高了生产效率。在冲压件方面,冲床的作用首屈一指,占据了重要的地位。冲床的速度快,结构简单,易维护,成本低,再配合各种模具,使生产效率大幅提高,生产成本显著下降。文章根据模具现场使用的现状,结合工人师傅在使用过程中发现的不足之处,利用现场的有利条件,在不增加劳动力甚至减少部分劳动力的基础上,对模具进行升级改造,极大程度地降低劳动成本,提高劳动效率和收益。在保证模具使用性能的前提下,提出了两种改进方案,其中一种已经在生产中使用并取得了明显的经济效益。而模具设计时应用气缸、气动换向阀加以辅助,使得效率更高,劳动成本降低,也是模具设计的新思路。In today’s large-scale socialized production,all kinds of mechanical equipment have greatly improved the production efficiency.The stamping machine plays the leading role in stamping parts.The punching bed is fast,simple in structure,easy to maintain,low in cost,and if it is combined with all kinds of molds,the production efficiency will greatly increase and the production cost will significantly decrease.According to the present situation of mold use on the spot,combining the defects found by the workers in the course of use,this paper makes use of the favorable conditions of the spot to upgrade the mold without increasing or even reducing labor force,which greatly reduces the labor cost and improves the labor efficiency and profit.Under the premise of ensuring the performance of mold,two kinds of improvement schemes are proposed,one of which has been used in production and produced obvious profit.It is also a new idea of mold design to use cylinder and pneumatic reversing valve to assist mold design so as to improve the efficiency and reducing the labor cost.
