高校图书馆社会化服务探讨

摘　　要：高校图书馆面向社会开放的呼声越来越高,作为公共文化服务体系的组成部分,应发挥社会教育职能,积极面向社会开放。文章分析了社会发展需求、公共图书馆的局限性和高校图书馆社会化服务的意义,简单介绍了江西省68所高校图书馆面向社会开放的信息。提出明确服务定位与制定管理制度,完善现有服务与拓展多种服务项目,建立多元合作模式,利用新媒体等策略,以实现高校图书馆的社会价值,满足社会大众的精神文化需求。As part of the public culture service system,more and more people advise that university libraries should be actively open to the society and fulfill the social education function.This paper analyzes the demand of social development,the limitations of public libraries and the significance of social services provided by university libraries,and briefly introduces the information of 68 university libraries being open to society in Jiangxi Province.In order to realize the social value of university libraries and meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the public,the author puts forward the following strategies:defining service orientation and establishing management system,perfecting the existing services and expanding various service items,establishing multiple cooperation modes and utilizing the new media.
