摘 要:枸杞具有良好的药用价值,枸杞种植不仅要取得理想的产量还要保障其优良的药用品质。衡量枸杞药用价值的主要指标包括枸杞多糖、甜菜碱、β-胡萝卜素、黄酮、总糖和氨基酸含量等。土壤水分和养分(包括盐分)对枸杞产量和品质的形成均有直接的影响,学者们进行了较多且相对全面的研究。从已有研究中选取相关文献,分析了水分胁迫、灌溉技术、土壤养分、施肥以及水肥耦合作用等对枸杞产量、品质指标的影响,旨在明确土壤水分、养分与枸杞产量、品质指标之间的关系以及学者们研究重点采用的方法。在总结已有研究基础上,结合本人所在团队研究经验,提出了将产量和品质指标作为综合目标考虑的水肥耦合、水分养分数值模拟、无人机高光谱水分-养分诊断、产量-品质预测的枸杞水肥效应研究发展趋势,以期为枸杞优质高产研究提供参考。Lycium barbarum L.has good medicinal value.The cultivation of lycium barbarum L.should not only obtain ideal yield but also ensure its good medicinal quality.The main indexes of medicinal value of lycium barbarum include polysaccharide,betaine,beta carotene,flavonoid,total sugar and amino acid content.Soil moisture and nutrients(including salt)have a direct impact on the formation of the yield and quality of lycium barbarum.In this paper,the effects of water stress,irrigation technology,soil nutrients,fertilization and the coupling effect of water and fertilizer on the yield and quality indexes of Lycium barbarum were analyzed by selecting relevant literatures from existing studies,in order to clarify the relationship between soil moisture,nutrients and the yield and quality indexes of Lycium barbarum and the methods that scholars mainly used in the research.Based on the existed studied results and combined the research experiences,the development trend of water-fertilizer effect research was put forward,including water and fertilizer coupling,water and nutrient numerical simulation,UAS hyperspectral water-nutrient diagnosis,and yield-quality prediction.It is expected that the study can provide reference for the research of high quality and high yield of Lycium barbarum L.
