摘　　要：H315-355防爆电机单元化装配工艺应用,解决了B3、B35、B5、V1电机及隔爆电机装配需求;可快速进行轴承压装和端盖压装,提高产能;半自动化装配设备的应用可将装配效率提高25%以上,同时降低工人的劳动强度。The application of H315-355 explosion proof motor unit assembly process meets the requirements of B3, B35, B5, V1 motors and 4-pole flameproof motors. The quick press fit the bearing and end cover improve the production capacity. The application of semi-automatic assembly equipment can improve the assembly efficiency more than 25% and reduce the labor intensity.
