摘　　要：耳迷走神经刺激(transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation,taVNS)是中西医治疗耳鸣行之有效的辅助疗法,但治疗方案不统一和疗效评估缺乏客观检测手段,使其一直未得到耳鸣治疗界的认可。笔者建议在今后的临床研究中应进一步优化治疗方案,提供简便易行的耳鸣治疗方法,有机结合优化耳鸣综合疗法诊疗规范。Transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation(taVNS)is an effective auxiliary therapy for tinnitus with traditional Chinese and western medicine,However,it has not been recognized by the field of tinnitus because its therapeutic scheme remains controversial and therapeutic evaluation lacks objective detection means.In the future clinical research,we should further optimize the treatment plan,provide a simple and easy method for the treatment of tinnitus and optimize the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment standard of tinnitus.
