硫酸依替米星联合头孢地嗪治疗老年重症肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究硫酸依替米星联合头孢地嗪治疗老年重症肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月~2019年8月收治的92例老年重症肺炎患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,其中接受头孢地嗪治疗的45例患者作为对照组,接受硫酸依替米星联合头孢地嗪治疗的47例患者作为研究组,两组持续治疗7 d,统计对比两组临床疗效、临床体征改善状况(肺部啰音消退时间、肺部阴影消退时间)以及不良反应情况。结果研究组总有效率为93.62%(44/47),较对照组71.11%(32/45)更高(P<0.05);研究组肺部啰音消退时间及肺部阴影消退时间较对照组短(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为14.89%(7/47),对照组为11.11%(5/45),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硫酸依替米星联合头孢地嗪治疗老年重症肺炎治疗效果显著,可明显减轻临床症状,且安全性高。Objective To study the clinical effect of etimicin sulfate combined with cefodizime in the treatment of senile severe pneumonia.Methods From February 2018 to August 2019,92 elderly patients with severe pneumonia in our hospital were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis,among them,45 patients who received the cefodizime were used as the control group,and 47 patients who received the combination therapy of etimicin sulfate and cefodizime as the study group,and the two groups continued treatment for 7 days.Statistically comparing the clinical efficacy,clinical signs improvement status(pulmonary raster subsided time,lung shadow subsided time)and adverse reaction status of the two groups.Results Compared with the total effective rate of the two groups,the research group 93.62%(44/47)was higher than the control group 71.11%(32/45)(P<0.05);the time of lung rales dissipation and lung shadow dissipation in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 14.89%(7/47),and that in the control group was 11.11%(5/45).There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Etimicin sulfate combined with cefodizime is effective in the treatment of severe pneumonia in the elderly.It can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms and has high safety.
