摘 要:目的对胎膜早破患者中生物蛋白胶联合盐酸利托君的治疗效果以及对患者宫内感染、新生儿预后等的影响进行分析。方法将2018年5月~2020年1月就诊的60例胎膜早破患者分组(双盲法)为乙组和甲组各30例。乙组以硫酸镁治疗为主,甲组以生物蛋白胶联合盐酸利托君治疗为主,比较临床疗效、新生儿预后、患者宫内感染、孕龄延长时间以及宫缩抑制起效时间。结果治疗后甲组治疗总有效率、新生儿阿氏评分、新生儿出生体重大于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组新生儿并发症总发生率、宫内感染率小于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组孕龄延长时间长于乙组,甲组宫缩抑制起效时间短于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胎膜早破患者应用生物蛋白胶联合盐酸利托君治疗可提高临床疗效、改善新生儿预后、降低患者宫内感染风险、增加孕龄延长时间、尽快抑制宫缩。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of bioprotein glue combinde with litojun hydrochloride in patients with premature rupture of membranes and the effects on intrauterine infection and neonatal prognosis.Methods Sixty patients with premature rupture of membranes who visited our hospital from May 2018 to January 2020 were divided into groups(double-blind method),group B and group A each had 30 cases.Group B was mainly treated with magnesium sulfate,and group A was mainly treated with bioprotein glue and litojun hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy,neonatal prognosis,intrauterine infection,prolonged gestational age,and contraction suppression on set time were compared.Results After implementing different treatments,the total effective rate of treatment、the apgar score of newborns、the birth weight of group A were greater than that in group B,the differences were all significantly(P<0.05);the total incidence of neonatal complications、the intrauterine infection rate in group A were less than group B,the differences were significantly(P<0.05);the prolonged gestational age in group A was longer than that in group B,and the onset time of uterine contraction inhibition in group A was shorter than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of bioprotein glue combined with litojun hydrochloride in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the prognosis of newborns,reduce the risk of intrauterine infection,prolong the gestational age,and inhibit uterine contraction as soon as possible.
