摘　　要：目的:探讨硫代硫酸钠对维持性血液透析患者血管钙化及心功能的影响。方法:将2016年1月-2019年12月在笔者所在医院血液净化中心维持血液透析治疗的50例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗方法,在此基础上观察组使用硫代硫酸钠,比较两组患者的各项血生化指标、及左室射血分数情况。结果:两组治疗后血磷、血钙、钙磷乘积、甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的CACs评分为(590.28±57.84)分,与对照组治疗后的CACs评分对比,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后左室射血分数明显高于治疗前,而观察组治疗后左室射血分数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硫代硫酸钠对维持性血液透析患者能够抑制冠状动脉钙化进展,改善患者心功能,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To investigate the effect of Sodium Thiosulfate on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and cardiac function in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method:A total of 50 patients who maintained hemodialysis treatment in our blood purification center from January 2016 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine treatment.On the basis of control group,observation group used Sodium Thiosulfate.The Biochemical indexes and left ventricular ejection fraction were compared between two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in blood phosphorus,blood calcium,calcium and phosphorus product,parathyroid hormone(iPTH)between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group’s CACs grading after treatment was(590.28±57.84)points,had the significance difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment,while the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sodium Thiosulfate on maintain hemodialysis patient can suppress the coronary artery calcification to progress,improve the patient heart function,has the positive clinical significance.
