基于AIDET沟通模式的临床护理路径对MECT患者遵医行为及应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究基于AIDET沟通模式的临床护理路径对无抽搐电休克(MECT)治疗患者遵医行为及应对方式的影响。方法:依据方便抽样法选取2019年1-11月笔者所在医院收治的精神病患者200例,根据入院时间随机分为常规组和标准组,各100例。常规组采用传统宣教沟通模式;标准组采用以MECT治疗流程为基础建立的AIDET标准沟通用语及沟通模式。对比入院时、治疗前、治疗6周后两组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑评分(HAMA)、遵医行为及应对方式。结果:入院时两组患者的焦虑程度相近(P>0.05),治疗前、治疗6周后标准组的躯体性及精神性焦虑评分均显著低于常规组(P<0.05);标准组治疗高度配合率显著高于常规组,且标准组患者积极应对评分高于常规组,消极应对评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:基于AIDET沟通模式的临床护理路径可有效改善MECT治疗患者的心理状态及遵医行为,同时帮助其积极应对疾病及治疗。Objective:To explore the influence of clinical nursing pathway based on AIDET communication mode on the compliance behavior and coping style of patients with MECT.Method:According to the convenient sampling method,200 psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital from January to November 2019 were randomly divided into the routine group and the standard group according to the time of admission.The conventional group adopted the traditional communication mode of propaganda and education.The standard group adopted the AIDET standard communication language and mode based on MECT treatment process.Hamilton anxiety score (HAMA),compliance behavior and coping style were compared at admission,before treatment and 6 weeks after treatment.Result:The anxiety level of the two groups was almost the same (P>0.05),the scores of physical and mental anxiety in the standard group were significantly lower than that in the conventional group before and after treatment (P<0.05).The treatment high cooperation rate in the standard group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,and the positive response score in the standard group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the negative response score was lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing path based on AIDET communication mode can effectively improve the psychological state and compliance behavior of patients treated by MECT,and help them to actively deal with diseases and treatment.
