手法复位小夹板固定联合外敷中药治疗老年克雷氏骨折的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究手法复位小夹板固定联合外敷中药治疗老年克雷氏骨折的临床价值。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年11月笔者所在医院接诊的老年克雷氏骨折患者80例,采用计算机随机双盲法将其均分为两组,每组40例。对照组仅采用手法复位小夹板固定术治疗,观察组采用手法复位小夹板固定联合外敷中药治疗。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况及骨折愈合时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组关节功能障碍、创伤性关节炎、正中神经损伤、骨折畸形等并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组平均骨折愈合时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年克雷氏骨折患者采用手法复位小夹板固定联合外敷中药治疗的效果显著,可缩短骨折愈合时间,且安全性较高,建议推广。Objective:To study the clinical value of manual reduction and small splint fixation combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of elderly Clay’s fracture.Method:From September 2018 to November 2019,80 elderly patients with Cray’s fracture treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups equally by the computer random double-blind method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was only treated with manual reduction and small splint fixation,while the observation group was treated with manual reduction and small splint fixation combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment effect,complications and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of joint dysfunction,traumatic arthritis,median nerve injury,and fracture deformity between the two groups (P>0.05).The average fracture healing time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of manual reduction and small splint fixation combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of elderly Clay’s fracture is significant,which can shorten the fracture healing time,and has high safety.It is recommended to promote.
