摘  要:电容器级钽丝在使用过程中对钽丝直线度的要求较高,本文采用在钽丝原材料中掺杂钇元素和热应力矫直法改善钽丝的直线度。结果表明:通过优化连续退火放线张力、连续退火出炉口定位轮直径以及钽丝精绕密排收线盘直径等工艺参数,可改善钽丝的微观组织和再结晶程度,提高钽丝的力学性能,从而达到改善和稳定钽丝直线度的目的,提高钽丝的适用性。Capacitor-grade tantalum wire requires the higher straightness, the straightness of tantalum wire was improved by the doping of yttrium element in the tantalum raw materials and the thermal stress straightening method in this paper. The results show that, the microstructure, the recrystallization degree, and the mechanical properties of tantalum wire are improved by optimizing the payoff tension of continuous annealing, the wheel diameter of tap hole in continuous annealing, and the straightening coil diameter of tantalum wire. The purpose of improving tantalum straightness is achieved, and the applicability of the tantalum wire is improved.
