摘  要:长波辐射表是观测和研究地球气候变化的重要仪器。为了弥补长波辐射表实验室标定装置的不足,研制了长波辐射表校准装置。长波辐射表校准装置的主体是黑体辐射源,黑体腔的内径为200mm,开口直径为60mm。通过对多种液体循环控温方案的仿真分析及试验,设计了双路液体循环控温系统。实验结果表明,在-50-50℃的温度范围内,黑体空腔的轴向温度均匀性优于0.17℃,温度稳定性不大于0.02℃。根据黑体腔的温度分布对黑体腔的等效半球发射率为0.9995时的等效温度进行了计算。装置的合成标准不确定度在不同温度下均不高于0.025℃。The pyrgeometer is an essential instrument for observing and studying Earth's climate change.A calibration system for pyrgeometer is developed to meet the requirement for calibration facility indoors.The calibration system consists of a black body cavity,with the cavity diameter of 200mm,and the opening diameter of 60mm.A two-circuit liquid circulation temperature control system is designed from the thermal simulation analysis on various liquid circulation temperature control schemes.The experimental results show that the axial temperature uniformity of the cavity is consistent within 0.17℃,and the temperature stability inconsistency is less than 0.02℃ in the temperature range of-50〜50℃.According to the temperature distributions of the black body cavity,the equivalent temperature is calculated when the effective hemispherical emissivity of the black body cavity is equivalent to 0.9995.The uncertainty of the system is less than 0.025℃ at different temperatures.
