摘　　要：分析了现有皂膜流量标准装置技术特征及存在的问题。介绍了基于LabVIEW及National Instruments硬件研制出的电子皂膜流量自动检定装置的原理及组成。详细分析并介绍了装置三大功能:串口参数设置及通讯检查、密封性检查及计量器具自动检定的实施方式及方法。装置能够提供微小流量检测的稳压气源,并能实现自动设置检定流量点、自动采集管路温度和压力信号、保存并生成原始记录等,其应用可以提高工作效率,缩短检出周期,节约人力和物力。The technical characteristics and existing problems of tlie cuiTent soap film flow device were analyzed.The principle and composition of an electronic soap film flow automatic verification device with the implementation of Labview and National Instruments hardware were introduced.The three major functions of the device were illustrated,including serial port parameter setting and checking,seal check and implementation mode,and method of automatic verification for measuring instruments.The device provides a stabilized gas source for micro flow rate detection,which could automatically set the verification flow point,collect pipeline temperature and pressure signals,save and generate original records,etc.The application of the verification device can improve work efficiency,shorten the detection cycle,and save manpower and material resources.
