摘 要:气体检测仪广泛用于工业生产以及环境监测等领域,且其种类繁多、测量范围广,同时性能差异较大。为了保证气体检测仪测量结果的准确可靠,应按照规定的程序例如规程或规范对仪器进行校准,以建立仪器示值的计量溯源性。示值误差通常是气体检测仪校准的主要项目之一。通过示值误差及其不确定度,可以间接建立仪器示值与标准值的对应关系,从而获得可靠结果。通过举例对气体检测仪示值误差及其不确定度的评定进行分析和探讨,并对检定和校准概念的区别进行了讨论。Gas detectors are widely used in the fields of industrial production,environmental monitoring,an so on,with the great variety,wide measuring range,and the difference in performance.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results,gas detectors should be calibrated according to the specified procedures,such as verification regulations or calibration specifications,to establish the measurement traceability of the instrument indication.Indication error is usually one of the major items during the calibration of the detectors.Through the indication error and its uncertainty,the corresponding relationship between the indication of the instrument and the reference value can be established indirectly,so that reliable results could be obtained.It was discussed in this paper that the indication error and uncertainty evaluation for calibration of gas detectors,and the difference between the concepts of verification and calibration were also illustrated.
