摘　　要：指出了建筑信息模型(BIM)技术应用于绿色医院建筑的运维阶段具有深远意义。主要介绍了绿色医院建筑运维平台开发的相关技术和BIM应用点,以BIM与医院管理信息结合,开发了一站式后勤管理系统平台,以实现数据统一联动,结合实施三维显示端,可以实现空间分析及管理、设备运行监控、能耗分析及管理、设备设施维护管理等九大功能,提高运维管理的效率,节省成本,实现了医院建筑的绿色运维。The application of building information modeling(BIM)technology in the operation and maintenance stage of green hospital buildings has far-reaching significance.This paper mainly introduces the related technologies and BIM application points of green hospital building operation and maintenance platform development.With the combination of BIM and hospital management information,a one-stop logistics management system platform is developed to realize the unified linkage of data,and the implementation of three-dimensional display end can realize nine major functions,such as spatial analysis and management,equipment operation monitoring,energy consumption analysis and management,and equipment and facility maintenance management,so as to improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance management,save costs,and realize green operation and maintenance of hospital buildings.
